When you register, your contact and delivery details are stored securely online in your account, so you do not have to resubmit your details every time you place an order. When you make a purchase, all you have to do is log in and your details are prefilled during the checkout process.
You can also check the delivery status of your current orders, view your previous orders and update or amend your contact details online in your own personal account area by clicking on My Account.
- What methods of payment do you accept?
Currently we accept payments by PayPal, Nochex, Credit Card, Debit Card, Solo Cards, cheque or postal order.
- Can I check the delivery status of my order online?
Yes, all you have to do is log in with your user name and password and you will be able to check whether your order is still being processed or has been installed.
You will also receive an automated email, telling you when your order is being processed or has been installed.
- What is your return policy?
As with any software or downloadable product, we do not accept returns or issue refunds.
- Are there any costs other than website fees?
You will need domain names and hosting accounts for the turnkey websites. We Offer 3 months free webhosting then for £3.99 per month (There are no contracts and you can cancel your webhosting at any time) and domain name registration for £9 Per Year. You can also have your own domain and hosting to cut these costs.
- Can I use my own hosting and domain names?
Yes. You can use your own compatiable hosting. Compatiable servers: Linux/Unix servers with CPanel. Not Recommended For Hosting: godaddy.com, yahoo.com, msn.com, secureserver.net, netfirms.net free or paid and securenet.com hosting.
- Do I keep 100% of my website sales profits?
Any profits that you make from your websites are 100% yours.
- I haven't heard from you after placing my order?
We usually contact you by email within 2 to 12 hours of your purchase to install the website for you, please check your email plus the spam box of your email to make sure you've received our email, if not then use the contact us page and let us know and we will get back to you as soon as a.s.a.p.
- DO I GET SUPPORT?
You will receive unlimited email support while you remain with our hosting services. Full details will be given on purchasing.
- Can I sell the website I bought from you?
Yes you can sell your developed website, but you are not allowed to copy and resell the website.
